The net like designs on both sides of the midrib is known as reticular venation.

- Transpiration

The process in which water comes out of leaves on the form of vapor is known as transpiration.

The process in which leaves prepare their food in the presence of sunlight and a green color substance present in them, using water and carbon dioxide and releases oxygen during this, is known as photosynthesis.
The food is said to be stored in different parts of the plant.
